jittery and nervous
every one of us
confused and bemused easily
trying hard not to look silly
yet as lost as everyone else
for fear and anxiety swells

stepping forward with a nervous gaze
the outside is worse than a crystal maze
lookin hither thither for a calming sight
but are always encroached with more fright
solace they seek above all
evading the inevitable fall

from the precarious path u tread
inhibitions are to be shedded
and only the demon need be dreaded
fight your instinct and take to the wings
